Do you plan events in the Hamptons year-round?
We plan and produce events in the Hamptons from late spring through early fall, with peak demand in June, July, and August. For off-season estate events and smaller private gatherings, we accommodate requests on a case-by-case basis.
How far in advance should I book a Hamptons event planner?
Summer weekends in the Hamptons fill faster than most clients expect. For July and August events — especially on prime weekends — six to nine months in advance is strongly recommended. The best estates and caterers are booked before the season opens. We encourage early conversations to protect your preferred dates.
