Every detail is considered around the guest, with more personalized service, custom design, thoughtful pacing, and seamless transitions throughout the event. Menus, entertainment, décor, lighting, and even smaller sensory details may be tailored specifically to the occasion. Behind the scenes, staffing and production are often more robust, but guests shouldn’t notice the logistics. Who designs a luxury event, and can you work with our own designer?
EMRG Media has in-house designers who develop the concept, renders, floor plan, and material specs. When a client brings their own designer or brand team, EMRG builds to those drawings instead, handling structure, sightlines, and fabrication so the vision survives contact with the room.
How do you handle VIP guests and talent at a luxury event?
VIPs and talent run on their own track behind the main event. EMRG Media can coordinate dedicated handlers, private arrivals, green rooms, riders, transportation, security, and separate timing so those details never interrupt the guest experience. Arrival windows are often built 20 to 30 minutes ahead of the moment a principal is actually needed, giving the production team room to handle changes without the audience ever knowing.
What is included in luxury event production?
Luxury event production at EMRG Media covers custom scenic build, lighting design, sound, floral and tabletop, staffing, talent, and the full run-of-show, all running through one producer so the client never chases a vendor.
How far ahead should a luxury event in NYC be booked?
Design drives the timeline more than the calendar does. Concept and renders take 2 to 3 weeks, client revisions another 2, and custom fabrication 6 to 10 weeks after drawings are approved. Add venue availability on top and a large luxury event needs 6 to 12 months. An intimate luxury dinner with sourced rather than built elements can be done in 8 to 12 weeks.
